INVESTMENT FUNDING

Having considered the viability of the project and its projected financial and commercial potential – including return on investment - the team believe a capital value of €500,00 is reasonable to apply to the company for the purpose of raising investment funding to ensure the business moves efficiently  to the next stage of development and profitability.

It is the intention of the team to raise €200,000 through the equity sale of 40% of the issued shares in the company.

Investment capital  is sought privately from high net-worth individuals and/or sophisticated investors.

The team have published a private placement information memorandum containing comprehensive operational and financial details of the IRPP project.

Investment funds are exclusively for finalising establishment of the operational business and ensuring working capital and financial reserve requirments to Q3 - Y2 of trading.

Investors will be invited to elect a representative to the board of IRPP.

The maximum investment in IRPP is:

€200,000

Share issues are contracted through IRPP Solicitors with all investment  funds initially  held in a client account to the order of the board of IRPP.
